Frequently asked questions

Which laptop over €2,000 is best for students in Italy?

The best choice depends on your course and software. The MacBook Pro 14-inch suits students wanting strong battery life and a premium portable design, while the ASUS Zenbook DUO and ProArt P16 offer Windows compatibility and more specialised performance.

Is 16GB RAM enough for university students in Italy?

16GB is sufficient for everyday study, research, office work and most coding. Students using virtual machines, 3D applications, large creative projects or advanced engineering software should consider 32GB or more.

How important are ports on a student laptop?

Ports matter when connecting projectors, external displays, storage, cameras or lab equipment. A laptop with USB-C, USB-A, HDMI and a headphone jack can reduce the need to carry adapters around campus.

Which student laptop has the best battery life for university?

Battery life varies with brightness, applications and processor load, but the MacBook Pro 14-inch is particularly strong for long study days. Windows alternatives may offer excellent endurance for light work, though demanding GPU use can reduce runtime significantly.
