Frequently asked questions

Which gaming TV under €2,250 is best for a bright room in Portugal?

The Hisense U7S Pro is the strongest choice for a bright room because its LED-based panel can produce high brightness and handle daytime reflections effectively. It is a practical option for rooms with large windows or strong sunlight.

Do these TVs support 120Hz, VRR and HDMI 2.1 for PS5 and Xbox Series X?

Yes, the Hisense U7S Pro, Samsung S90H and LG C6 OLED evo are designed for current-generation gaming, with 120Hz support, variable refresh rate features and HDMI 2.1 connectivity. Check the exact screen size and input specifications before buying.

Is OLED or QLED better for gaming on a TV in Portugal?

OLED generally delivers deeper blacks, faster pixel response and excellent contrast, making it ideal for dark-room gaming. QLED or LED can be preferable in very bright rooms and may offer higher sustained brightness.

Which HDR formats should I look for in a gaming TV?

Look for HDR10 support as a baseline, plus Dolby Vision for compatible games and streaming content. HDR10+ can also be useful, although support varies by console, game and smart platform.
