Frequently asked questions

Is a QLED or LED TV better for everyday use in Italy?

QLED TVs usually deliver higher brightness and richer colour than standard LED models, making them a strong choice for bright living rooms. LED TVs can offer better value when you mainly watch streaming services and regular TV.

Do TVs under €1,250 support 120Hz and HDMI 2.1?

Some models in this price range include 120Hz panels, VRR and HDMI 2.1 for smoother console gaming. Check the specifications carefully, as HDMI 2.1 may be available only on selected ports or features.

Which HDR formats should an everyday TV in Italy support?

HDR10 is widely supported, while Dolby Vision can improve compatible films and series with dynamic picture adjustment. HDR10+ is also useful, but the best choice depends on the streaming services and devices you use.

Which smart TV platform is best for streaming in Italy?

Google TV offers broad app support and useful voice search, while other platforms may provide a simpler interface and fast access to popular services. Confirm that Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, RaiPlay and Mediaset Infinity are supported.
