    Frequently asked questions

Is Mini-LED better than QLED for everyday TV viewing?

Mini-LED can deliver higher brightness, stronger contrast and better HDR than standard QLED models, especially in bright rooms. QLED may still offer excellent colour and value for general streaming and television.

Do I need a 120Hz TV for gaming on PS5 or Xbox Series X?

A 120Hz panel is useful for compatible PS5 and Xbox Series X games because it enables smoother motion at up to 120 frames per second. Look for HDMI 2.1 and VRR support as well.

Which TV brightness is best for a bright living room in France?

Choose a TV with strong peak brightness and effective anti-reflection performance if your room receives direct sunlight. Mini-LED models are often well suited to bright rooms while retaining good HDR impact.

Which HDR formats should a TV under €700 support?

HDR10 is essential, while Dolby Vision can improve supported films and series through more dynamic picture adjustment. HDR10+ is also useful, but platform and content availability should be checked before buying.
