    Frequently asked questions

What GPU should I look for in a gaming laptop over €2,000 in Germany?

Look for a current high-end laptop GPU with enough graphics memory for your target resolution and settings. Compare performance limits and cooling as well as the GPU name, since power settings can affect gaming speed.

How much RAM and SSD storage do I need for laptop gaming?

For a premium gaming laptop, 32 GB of RAM is a practical target for modern games and multitasking. A 1 TB SSD gives you room for several large games, while 2 TB can reduce the need to uninstall titles.

How long does a gaming laptop battery last away from the charger?

Battery life varies by model, workload and screen settings; demanding games usually require the power adapter. For browsing or video, check independent tests and expect less runtime than from a comparable productivity laptop.

Which ports matter on a gaming laptop for an external monitor and peripherals?

Check for HDMI or USB-C with display output, several USB-A ports for accessories, and a headphone jack. Ethernet can also be useful for a stable wired connection, while port placement matters when the laptop stays on a desk.
